Meet the Cole Family!
Darren and Aubrey first reached out to me through Facebook. They were in need of some new family pictures on short notice. They had just moved from out of state, and their little boy was about to turn one. They wanted to document them and their new baby, in their new surroundings.
We went up to Second Dam up Logan Canyon. The sun was just setting through the leaves as we walked out onto the bridges. We got about 10 minutes of pictures in before Finn decided he was grumpy and didn't want to take pictures (as any 11-month-old boy should). My cute husband/assistant for the night shook his squeaky toys and rattles and his big blue eyes perked right up.
After about an hour of crawling through river banks, playing in cattails and dancing on bridges we ended up with some pretty solid pictures. Finn decided to call it a night, so we started our trek back to the parking lot. We had almost made it when Darren found and PICKED UP a SNAKE! A freaking snake!! He looked like a kid in a candy store, but I just made sure to stay as far away from him as I could!
