Michaela + Tyler || Cedar Hills Golf Course
Michaela and Tyler were so awesome to work with. They are some of the sweetest, most easy going people I've met so far. Michaela and I chatted over email and the phone for a few weeks about wedding pictures and things of the sort and she was not picky about anything! Just a few 'must-have' shots here and there but that's about it.
Friday morning came around and I drove down to Cedar Hills. Traffic was just awful from Logan to Utah County (as it always is, no surprise there) and I was worried I was going to be cutting it close on my arrival time. Luckily I found some backroads and made it at my planned arrival time. (phew)
I met Michaela for the first time in person, and she was just adorable. Her makeup and hair were flawless and she was just as sweet in person as she was chatting. We waited for her last bridesmaid to get there, and we set off for pictures. Once the gals were done, we swapped with the men. Traffic must have been bad for everyone cause we still had a few groomsmen trickling in while we were doing pictures. We had no time to wait, the ceremony was going to start in 30 minutes!
As she walked down the aisle with her dad, Tyler looked at her and just smiled. It was the most adorable thing! They had one of their friends officiate the ceremony and he did such a good job telling about these two and their kindness and love for each other. They exchanged rings, sealed it with a kiss and the party got started. We stole away for about 30 minutes to get some shots of the newlyweds, and then they joined the rest of the family. Dinner and dancing were on!
Everyone danced the night away, ate Mt. Dew cupcakes and sang at the top of their lungs. When things were winding down, we sent the new couple off with a sparkler exit (my favorite. I can't ever get enough of them). They were off to honeymoon and start their new lives together!
